Jeroen van der Ham-de Vos is an Associate Professor of Cyber Security Vulnerability Management at the University of Twente. His research drives innovation in vulnerability prioritisation and management, incident response, coordinated vulnerability disclosure, and the ethics of cybersecurity and computer science. 

Prior to his academic role, Jeroen served as a cybersecurity researcher at the National Cyber Security Centre-NL (NCSC) from 2015 to 2023. During this time, he coordinated the NCSC Research Agenda and acted as the national expert on Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure, bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and national security strategy.
